Sniper 223 Remington Rifle Ammo - 69

This is amazing ammunition. I have probably tried close to 10 different premium factory ammo for my Colt 1/9 twist heavy varmint. While all factory loads shot well in the rifle, I began to think the rifle just had limitation with accuracy %u2014 until I tried this ammo. Absolutely the best grouping shots I have ever made with the rifle, or even on an AR platform generally speaking. Will be buying more to have on hand.

Due to the civil unrest and election unease I wasn't able to procure 69gr .223 (as spec'd by savage for axis rifle, 55gr wasn't cutting it) for my 8yr olds first deer hunt, in my locale or the interwebs.until I remembered buffalo boreold faithful.

I had no doubt about these rounds being accurate and hot but beyond that there isn't alot in the description regarding the bullet. But with no other options, they had to work.

Well on the evening of opening day in Missouri a nice doe presented herself at about 125-150yds. My daughter placed the shot a few inches high but otherwise perfect. The bullet smashed 1 rib and took out the spine (basically erased a vertebra) and took the other rib on the way out. Exit would was barely enough to fit a thumb in. But the bullet stayed together thru that, I couldn't have asked any more.

Side note: I did take these to the range beforehand and put together multiple 3rd groups of 3/4" the best was 1/2". From a $300> gun that's not shabby and would fill a freezer.

I'd certainly buy again and owe a debt of gratitude to team buffalo bore for making my little girls hunt a memorable one. You guys rock, keep it up!

Incredible ammunition. Buffalo Bore sets the standard for all their products. This 69 gr SMK is loaded hot for 223 pressures, but is safe to use in all well-maintained .223 rifles.

It shoots out of my XM-15 16" 1/9 twist incredibly consistent, felt recoil is consistent; it's simply ultra-high quality ammunition at an affordable price. I can trust BB's reliability, power, and customer support, truly incredible.

In times such as these, I'd say stock up. There, unfortunately, is ammo on the internet (not Buffalo Bore obviously) that are low quality reloads packaged as factory ammunition, because people are panic buying. However, I can always rely on Buffalo Bore to have the highest quality of any ammunition I've had the pleasure of practicing with. This will be my primary home-defense ammunition for my XM-15.

A young man harvests a buck with this load!

Shot a deer with my Ar-15 double lung shot. Exit wound was 1.5x1.5 inch hole. Deer went 10 yards dropped dead within 5 seconds.

This ammo is awesome! Sighted in scope with under 10 rounds. Was smacking a 20" steel plate at 562 yds with ease the rest of that session. We could see the rounds impact every steel target engaged from 200-600 yds with tremendous force. Highly recommend this ammo to all with a 1:9 twist, clean holes on paper. Rifle fairly clean after 160 rounds too. Look forward to purchasing more of this for my deer hunt.
