Bought these for our yearly anniversary hog hunting trip we take down here in Florida. Smack a 130 pound sow at 115 yards with my marlin 336. She dropped like a sack of cement. Thank you for bringing the 35 rem to its full potential. Will

Shot a big NH buck with this load last week. Quartering away @ 70 yds. Had a small window through thick woods & hit him far back in the front of rear quarter. No blood trail but found him piled up not 30 yds away. No exit but massive internal bleeding. Hoping butcher will recover bullet. Definitely hits hard !

This is my "year of the .35 Remington!
Just returned from a VERY RAINY black bear boat-hunting trip off Alaska's coastal islands with my Marlin stainless 336-XLR in .35 Rem with your HEAVY 220 gr. Buffalo Bore loads! Dropped a 7' 2" bear with 21 " skull @ 90 yds in the beach-grass, with one shot through the heart, lungs, and off- shoulder. The huge bear just dropped!
Earlier this spring, I took three (3) feral pigs in Florida at ranges out to 110 yds, and in dressed-weight ranges from 128 lbs to 209 lbs.
All were one-shot kills with this same load!
I have a big Maine Whitetail hunting-trip planned for this Fall, too, and this Marlin 336- XLR rifle and BUFFALO BORE 220 gr. ammo' is definitely going with me!
Although I also hunt with modern, more potent rifle calibers, I find that I am, as I age (68), into more of a "retro" mood ...discovering and now favoring, the older calibers, stalking, and "doing things the old way". Your Buffalo Bore ammo in .35 Rem., .30-30 Win., 444 Marlin, and .44 Rem. Mag. in a carbine, all give such hunting pursuits an upgraded 'cartridge-power edge' for guys and gals' like me! Thanks!

My new Marlin 336XLR in .35 Rem. caliber likes this load! It consistently shot UNDER 2" groups @ 100 yds for each 5 shot cycle with the 24" barrel being allowed to cool betwen shots. Best group was a 5 shot 'cloverleaf' of 1-1/4"... I had ordered one box, initially, to try and test in rifle.
I am very pleased with my results and will order 4 more boxes to rezero my rifle to this new load and to keep a 'supply' on hand for CA wild pigs and Maine Black Bear this year! Thanks for developing and making available a GREAT LOAD!

Shot a moose in New Hampshire a few days ago with my 35 rem. In the literature the state sent to me this summer the 35 rem. was one the cartridges on the "not recommended " list. However, I knew this round would do the trick. First shot was a double lung and exited the other side leaving a quarter sized hole, hit him with a second shot right when he started to go down, that shot went through one leg, through a rib, nicked the heart and ended up far in the neck against the hide on the far side. The second shot went probably through 30 inches of moose. Great round, will use once whitetail season starts in a few weeks!

Just completed a first week black bear hunt in Maine. Professional Guide had warned me for months that .35 Rem was a marginal cartridge for the size of the bears he was seeing at his bait sites. A single broadside shot at 40 yard range dropped my bear. We found catastrophic damage to his heart when we dressed him out and a 2" exit wound. Perfect performance from your cartridge, and two new believers (me and the guide).

Will definitely be placing a new order. Dropped a large mature doe in her tracks from about 55 yards. I could put my fist into the exit wound.
